RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

1. General provisions

This Return Policy explains the Sardarapat Football Club’s rules for returns, exchanges and refunds of goods purchased through the Site. It is intended to comply with relevant laws of the Republic of Armenia.

2. Returns of goods in proper condition

Customers may return goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt provided that:

  • The goods have not been used and remain in their original condition;
  • The original packaging, labels and any accompanying documentation are preserved;
  • The goods are suitable for resale.

3. Items not subject to return

The following items are not eligible for return:

·       Personalized or custom-made items (for example, jerseys with custom names or numbers);

·       Goods showing signs of use or damage caused by the buyer;

·       Perishable goods or goods made to the buyer’s specifications.

4. Defective or non-conforming goods

If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, you have the right to request, at your choice and depending on availability and circumstances:

  • Replacement of the defective item;
  • Repair of the item;
  • Full refund of the purchase price.

To process a claim for defective goods, please provide photographic or video evidence of the defect and the order number.

5. Return procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at support@sardarapatfc.am with the subject line “Return: [Order Number]”. Include your full name, order number, reason for return and photos (if applicable).
  • Our support team will provide instructions and the return address.
  • Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

Return shipping costs:

  • If the return is due to a mistake by the Club (wrong item, defect, etc.), return shipping will be covered by the Club;
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g. buyer’s remorse), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Time for receipt of funds may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
